Robious Corridor OnlineWe can all use a good laugh! Laughter has been shown to improve our sense of well-being by increasing the release of endorphins and dopamine. It also increases blood flow and oxygenation to cells and organs, boosts memory, creativity, and even intelligence.

Eating habits are impacted by emotional stressors; so if laughter can help to decrease stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline, as well as help to connect with others, we should think of laughter as a weight -management tool. It also exercises diaphragm, abdominal, back, and facial muscles.

Maybe laughter really is the best medicine.
